Christian Hart Homes completed a ground up new build for us in North Topsail Beach. Kyle was with us every step of the way. From site prep and hooking up the utilities to the final walk through to get our Certificate of Occupancy. Kyle has been with us every step of the way. He was there to work with us with the multiple changes that happen as your project evolves. Kyle was always available and willing to talk. We are very appreciative of his cost accounting and control methods. Construction projects tend to be spongy when it comes to tracking cost and we were always comfortable with tracking our cost as we flexed budgets from things that we didn’t want to things we wanted. Now that the job is completed, he has been there for the few warranty items that a project this size will always have. We could not imagine building our house without Kyle and his team. His knowledge of all of the areas required to build our beach house have been indispensable in the satisfactory completion of our house. Kyle Gaskill the owner of Christian Hart Custom Homes is a "ROCK STAR". He takes complete ownership of the home building process. We were moving from Connecticut to Hampstead, NC. We already had our building lot and were ready build our new dream home. Kyle had just previously built a marvelous home in our development. We ask the owners about using Kyle as their builder and the enthusiasm they displayed was priceless. They could not be happier. They convinced us that Kyle was our man. Building our custom home was not going to be an easy task. We had many modifications that had to be incorporated in the plans. We have a child of special needs and the our new house had to be built with all the ADA requirements. Kyle was not intimidated and was up for the challenge. He basically held our hand every step of the way. Mind you, we were still living in Connecticut while our house was being constructed. Kyle is an excellent communicator. He truly is a special builder.

My family and I were encouraged to visit the site anytime during the build so we could see firsthand what was going on. Once we settled into our home, anytime something popped up that needed attention we went back to our vendor/sub-list that was provided for us so we knew exactly who to contact with the problem. Kyle Gaskill is an experienced home builder and home renovator in the Hampstead/ Wilmington, NC area. Kyle has built me a customized home in Hampstead, NC between 2018-19. My home is beautiful, detailed and finished perfectly. Kyle is easy to work with. He will tell you if he can or cannot do something or if YOU are straying off course, house wise. He has multiple building contacts in the local area which provide the products to finish the homes. I found all of these contractors easy to work with, and all seemed to be quality providers. Kyle tries to keep to the agreed upon budget, although rapidly changing construction and finishing costs can interfere to no one’s fault. Kyle is easy to reach and will return calls usually in the same day. Questions are fully answered. I feel that Kyle is through, honest and personable to work with. I do not hesitate to recommend him to anyone for your building needs if you are in the Hampstead/Wilmington, NC area.

What if we already have our own house plans?

We will be glad to work with your plans. We will verify the plans are designed to meet our current design standards and also wind code requirements since here on the coast we are required to build with hurricanes in mind.

Does your company provide lots to build our dream home on?

Yes we do have lots available but that might also depend on our current inventory.
